I have experience building a vision for the school's communications, marketing and events team and getting buy-in and support for that vision, including the creation and hiring of several team roles. I am also responsible for budget development and planning.

I have also helped launch department-wide and school-wide systems including Asana project management and Mailchimp marketing automation.
